PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), parent company of Indonesia second largest coal mining contractor PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), finally decided to hold rights issue at Rp1,400 per share, the same level of last year private placement. A source familiar with the matter said Delta Makmur will enable to grab around Rp10 trillion from rights issue. 100 Existing shares will have rights to buy 105 of news shares
