In the major trend picture, HANGSENG made Flat correction in Wave 2 and it will influence the length of wave 3 extension. The minimum target of wave 3 is approximately 24.500 – 24.800. Today HANGSENG moves around range 21.000 – 22.000, then trader should find the best correction price to make a long entry. Below I draw the price map of HANGSENG daily chart. Wave 3 divided into 5 waves. The blue zig zag line with number 1-5 is the first Wave 3, and there will be the second 5 waves to fulfill final wave 3 target. Entry Strategy Have long position with Double Moving Average and Fibonacci retracement target for this week. For now there are two entries opportunity. Immediate entry can be made by put a sell limit below 22.150. If the price close above 22.150 – 22.200, plan to exit the market at any cost. The second plan, I advise traders set buy limit in area 21.500 – 21.600. This price range is the end of C movement of correction. We will use an intraday correction momentum to join the bull movement.
