i went there once a long time ago with my friends..
rules:
1. at day time everything is normal there, so go there AT NITE
2. go there BY CAR and drive slowly
3. when you drive slowly, and they happen to see women in your car,
they'll SCREAM, SHOUT and STOP UR CAR and DO A PERFORMANCE and etc etc
