NEW YORK, July 30 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose on Wednesday, driving the Dow Jones 1 percent higher, after a report showed private employers unexpectedly added jobs in July and the Federal Reserve stepped in to boost liquidity in turbulent financial markets once again. Another decline in the price of oil further reduced fears about inflation and the impact of high energy prices on consumer spending. The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> rose 122.62 points, or 1.08 percent, at 11,520.18, while the Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> rose 11.45 points, or 0.91 percent, at 1,274.65.
