Jadi ingat tahun 1999-2000 dimana pada saat booming 
internet stocks the FED terus menaikan suku bunga secara konsekutif dari sekitar 
4% menjadi 6% yang pada puncaknya menyebabkan trend bearish berkepanjangan pada 
NYSE dan NASDAQ. Pada saat itu NASDAQ sempat mencapai rekor highnya sekitar 5000 
dan sampai saatbelum recover bahkan tidakmencapai setengahnya. Hal
