Thanks Pak Oen for additional recommendation on CTRA.
CTRA will also impacted by good market perception when low inflation occured
and pushed Central Bank to lower interest rate which will endorsed other banks
to lower its lending rate.
Memang teoritis premi dari ASRI warrant = ASRI price - 110, tapi saya
menambahkan risk premium di sana, yaitu dengan regresi serta historical
volatility price dari warrantnya.
Jadi saat harga ASRI Rp180, tidak serta merta harga ASRI-W = Rp 180 - Rp110
=Rp 70, tapi ada tambahan risk premium Rp 3.

ASRI-W saat ini 16; exercise price 110, artinya ada premi 18 perak.
Untuk sementara "kalah" di awal...yg ptg khan hasil akhir.
Maklum ini view investor yg visioner, kekekek...
Potensi gain dg asumsi inflasi terkendali, market membaik, KHUSUSnya
(harapan) sektor property membaik hingga akhir tahun dst...baru muncul hitungan
seperti ini.
Misal ASRI mencapai harga 200, artinya "harga wajar" ASRI-W saat itu adalah
200 - 110 = 90 PERAK!
Gain yg ditawarkan oleh ASRI-W hingga akhir tahun sekitar 5 kali lipat!?
Itu hitungan untuk investor yg AGRESIF yah...
Kalau mau KONSERVATIF ada juga...
CTRA skrg ini 730
CTRA-W skrg ini 230, exercise price 500, sdh KLOP tdk ada discount maupun
premium price.
Asumsi yg sama, kalau CTRA mencapai harga 1000, CTRA-W akan mencapai 500.
Potensi gain 100 %...
Artinya kenaikan CTRA-W jauh lebih menarik daripda induknya.
Bicara resiko semua WARRANT di atas maturity date-nya sama2 jatuh akhir
tahun ini.
Artinya jangan sampai LUPA untuk exercise price, karena banyak kasus org2
pikir warrant itu sama dg saham.
Tidak semua WARRANT saat ini menarik, tapi dari hitung2an sederhana di
atas, semoga membuat "kreatifitas" kita lebih meningkat.
Yang penting Mr. T.o.m sudah sharing IDE kpd kita semua...
