KZ : (1) PGAS, a structural story, BUY Swati reiterates her conviction BUY on Perusahaan Gas (PGAS IJ). Her TP is Rp5,250 and we think there is UPSIDE risk to our forecasts. We view the weakness in stock price as a buying opportunity. (2) SMCB, Nick Cashmore revises up SMCB earnings by 12% for this year and 5.5% for next year. Our new profit forecast for 2010 put us 30% ahead of consensus this year. With gross debt of US$230mn, all in US$, SMCB remains sensitive to currency movements. Our new currency forecast of Rp8,800 by year-end implies a further Rp120bn in forex gains for 2010.
