Re the fence along the railway line, I believe it is PRASA property (or railways /Metro Rail use etc) and they are not likely to respond to our needs anytime soon... but what if some were to simply ‘informally’ fix it section by section (starting with the worst pieces) with some minor

Hi Everyone, I did not attend last night s meeting. On the agenda was the railway fence. In this regard I wish to say that vegetation should not be grown up the fence as a solution. I regularly use the Wrensch Road subway and I need visibility of the other side before entering the subway.
