Are you running some kind of nfs cache? Maybe you are hiting some
kind of NFS caching problem, read nfs(5) manual for information about
NFS caching and how to tune it.
If you are running NFSv2 server, make sure that that you are exporting
the volume with no_subtree_check option, as stated by

We have two servers with Debian 6.0. Both have multipath and iscsi lun's
from Equallogic.
All volumes are in a cluster named kvmcluster.
It was working well but after an iscsiadm login on first server we got:
