[OctDev] New release of general package (version 1.3.0)

Hi everybody, I just made a new release of the general package. It now includes an implementation of the inputParser class which basicaly parses the arguments for a function. It allows to have named, optional, and switch/flag type of arguments. Any input on this are very welcome. Carnë
