Hi Wilfredo,
I am currently running a project in Senegal to distribute Kiwix to schools
that are "off the grid", meaning there is no connection to the internet and
often do not have cell phone coverage. The schools and teachers use a lot
of old computers and old laptops which operate under windows
First of all, I would like to thank Florence for bringing this subject up.
I must admit that I did not know of the group's existence until one day I
"happened" upon it about one month ago. I was researching the possibility
of creating an Offline User Group, and had even created a logo for a user
ave a look at these two proposals, and if you feel that they are
worth pursuing, please endorse the proposals. I welcome your comments and
remarks on the grant proposal pages.
