This is a notification of a pull request that changes the prefix of several internal include files from "fi_" to "ofi_".
https://github.com/ofiwg/libfabric/pull/3766 It's been discussed (mailing list, ofiwg, github? ... somewhere) that the fi_ prefix will be reserved for external facing objects, with ofi_ used for anything internal. This updates the file names to align with this.
