Revising the windows build batch files
I've modified the batch files to be a bit more intelligent and less confusing:
Make.bat: It's main job is to ensure OHRGFX and OHRMUSIC are set to something.

Fixed a slight bug in make.bat.
Also, I forgot to mention. If you call make, and choose a different backend for
something, that backend will persist forever, until you close the console (or
call make with different parameters).
