Fix a few __FB_WIN32's that should have been __FB_WIN32__'s. These weren't
too important.
But just maybe, this or other file path problems are/were the cause of the
new zero-byte RPG file bug?

Fix HSpeak invoking for Linux:
-Search ohrrpgce-custom's directory for hspeak as well
-spawn_and_wait now runs xterm. This is great for music and sfx importing as
well: now you can see why the program has gone dead, and you can kill the

mode because the tools weren't disabled in all cases.
