pre-loaded with attack data. Previously atkallowed() was re-loading
data into atkbuf() based on atk id number which was redundant in
all but one case (which has now been fixed)

These scripts require GDB 6.6 (or maybe 6.4-5), (win32) FB comes with 5.2.1. 
Hint: the win32 builds of GDB are hidden in tgz files on the official site.

To use, type source misc/gdbscripts and then help pel (print element) and 
help parray for usage details. Ex:

those difficult GOSUB rules, yet somehow I overlooked these at the time. It 
just so happens that the resulting nested IF:

slower than the real thing.

User defined menus can now run scripts.
Remember, if you want your script to run *instantly* when you choose
the menu item, you need to either turn on the close if selected bitset
on the script menu item, or you have to turn on the allow gameplay
bitset for the menu. Otherwise the script will not be run until the
menu exits

When I checked in ReadByte which conflicts with a function of the
same name in music_native_subs. I simply removed the musci_native_subs
version of ReadByte because it was never used anywhere

It was re-loading the default item/hero name and default buy/sell
prices every time it loaded a shop stuf record, when it should have
only been reloading those defaults when the type or ID of the stuff
was changing

Also, I forgot to mention. If you call make, and choose a different backend for 
something, that backend will persist forever, until you close the console (or 
call make with different parameters).

Revising the windows build batch files

I've modified the batch files to be a bit more intelligent and less confusing:

Make.bat: It's main job is to ensure OHRGFX and OHRMUSIC are set to something. 
If you specify nothing, it will set the defaults (fb and sdl respectively) and 
then call makegame and makeedit. If you *do* specify something, and they/it are 
detected as gfx_ or music_ modules, they will be assigned to OHRGFX and 
OHRMUSIc. Anything further will be passed to makeedit and makegame (which will 
then be passed to fbc).

Further, if you want to specify parameters, but not change the modules, you can 
pass a tilde (~) as the first parameter, to force it to not parse anything 
more, and to pass everything else straight through.

Makeedit.bat and Makegame.bat: I renamed make-gfx-music.bat to these, and 
changed all references to %1 and %2 to %OHRGFX% and %OHRMUSIC% respectively. 
That's all. The old make.bat files have been removed.

Note that makeedit and makegame cannot override the default backends -- they 
will always use OHRGFX and OHRMUSIC.
