Replacing the cropping of hero position on a teleport to map

User defined menus can now run scripts.
Remember, if you want your script to run *instantly* when you choose
the menu item, you need to either turn on the close if selected bitset
on the script menu item, or you have to turn on the allow

Fix music_native which as been failing to build since revision 1514
When I checked in ReadByte which conflicts with a function of the
same name in music_native_subs. I simply removed the musci_native_subs

Fix bug 237 Stun Attacks Cancel Actions
Added a new fixbit to FIXBITS.BIN to auto-update old stun attacks
so they work the same as before (by defaulting the Cancel Target's Attack
bitset ON for those attacks)

Fixed the bug with shop data persistence (bug 473)
It was re-loading the default item/hero name and default buy/sell
prices every time it loaded a shop stuf record, when it should have
only been reloading those defaults when the type or ID of

Fixed a slight bug in make.bat.
Also, I forgot to mention. If you call make, and choose a different backend for
something, that backend will persist forever, until you close the console (or
call make with different parameters).

Revising the windows build batch files
I've modified the batch files to be a bit more intelligent and less confusing:
Make.bat: It's main job is to ensure OHRGFX and OHRMUSIC are set to something.
If you specify nothing, it will set the
301 - 400 of 10083 matches
