Enable mouse controls in menus in test.rpg
I had to change the existing mouse-selection-in-menus script to use
"mouse release" instead of "mouse click", but that was all that was needed.

Mouse support in the equip screen seems to be broken. It doesn't display
equip bonuses, and I repeatedly got the error:

Oops! I wonder what I did wrong? I had tested it, but I'll look at it more.

I also still have to add scroll-wheel and drag-scroll support to the equip
menu.
