Convert BattleSprites to slices

Position, size, and frame members of a BattleSprite are now all properties which
get/set attributes of its slices.

Added Ctrl-F4 debug key to view/edit the slice tree. (Instant-run moved to
Ctrl-F5)

The backdrop is also a slice, but everything else, including menus, cursors,
harmtext, the HUD and captions aren't.

I haven't given these slices lookup codes, protection status, or SliceContext
data yet.

Also, all the empty attack and weapon BattleSprites have invisible slices,
just like they used to have Frames loaded, which is something I want to get
rid of.
