I am not sure my previous message was clear enough...
What I meant is that there are known issues in the way VLC uses ffmpeg
internally.
Therefore as VLC changes somes ffmpeg flags (like forcing strict GPU
capabilities), rendering in VLC using ffmpeg may stutter while ffmpeg may
work perfectly when used directly to play the video.
