scanning via USB does not, but that never worked for me on OI.

I build it for testing purposes - to check if my USB Scanner works now
via USB (and i can discard the linux sane server).
Scanning works. But i did nothing in regard to sane-backends to build
it. (?)

I need reviewers and testers for
https://github.com/OpenIndiana/oi-userland/pull/5600. I personally have no
means to test it. Basic motivation for me was to switch it to Python 3.5.
