The Okular::PageController::imageRotationDone part of your stack trace makes me
think you are.

I never rotated the document. When I clicked View/Orientation/Original
Orientation nothing changed.
I have run some more fuzzing sessions and I got 2 crashes with the original

No, it happened viewing a 'portrait'-style DVI file in (correct) 'portrait'
orientation. I didn't change View/Orientation in Okular.
