I see that there are some fixes scheduled for 20.12 (Bug 414701). Just rising
awareness that this bug could be already fixed in the upcoming release.

This wish should be merged with Bug 377460.

Note, there is also a problem with XMP tags being not displayed anywhere. It is
tracked as Bug 385015.

[Okular-devel] [okular] [Bug 328961] New: Highlight annotation in review side bar when double clicking on it

2013-12-18 Thread Māris Nartišs
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=328961

Bug ID: 328961
Summary: Highlight annotation in review side bar when double
clicking on it
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: okular
   Version: 0.17.4
  Platform: unspecified
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: wishlist
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: okular-devel@kde.org
  Reporter: maris@gmail.com

Currently there is no connection between selecting an annotation and review
side bar. It would be nice to be able to see current (activated) annotation
position in the review side bar's tree. Partially it's connected to other issue
- it's tricky to activate an annotation that is behind other annotation
(example - comment in a stroked-out text). It is possible to find current
active note by browsing the review tree, but unfolding tree and highlighting
item automatically would be more convenient.

This is a reverse version of wish from Bug 323454 .

Reproducible: Always

Same PDF rendered with Adobe Reader

Adobe Reader renders same PDF just fine.

Also I was under impression that PNG images are rasters and do not contain
vector lines (curves) and thus should not be affected by vector line rendering
issues...
