Karen is probably the best person to comment on both the MARC records themselves and the probability of getting them into OpenLibrary, but I will note that CC BY-NC-SA is quite a bit more restrictive than the CC0 license that OpenLibrary aspires. Of course, there's a considerable body of opinion
