[OM Cooker] Merge some more ROSA patches for urpmi

[OM Cooker] mdk disttag in cooker repos

Hi, people have spotted that packages in Cooker have different tag than omv. For like one week packages are building with mdk tag, which seems to be related to latest POK work. I've added to rpmlint check to release extension, which is valid only for omv and plf, hope this will help. Cheers.
