I'm not sure of what you mean exactly. For example, the link you gave and which is in the lists, ftp://ftp.pwr.wroc.pl/OpenMandriva/lx3/repository/aarch64/ , seems correct. And ftp://ftp.pwr.wroc.pl/OpenMandriva/3.0/repository/aarch64/ points to nothing, but the directories are still to be built ?
