i think we should stay with 2014.0 everywhere and only tag 2014.1 our ISO.
Changing internal veriables to 2014.1 may lead to various issues which we
can not allow here.

the issue with om-welcome reference 2014.0, i test now and i noted that, in
om-welcome i use
lsb_release -d | cut -d: -f2
to read version and this command return OpenMandriva Lx 2014.0
