You need to look at SO logs for the SdncAdapter and VnfAdapter and see what error you are getting from SDNC or Openstack in SO. Usually a delete implies that SO talks to SDNC correctly but then the interaction with Openstack fails or when SO goes to SDNC or AAI for data to create the Openstack
