I was wondering whether the Jenkins build priorities are set appropriately.
According to https://jenkins.onap.org/advanced-build-queue/
- ci-management view has priority 1 (described as "Top priority ci-management")
- Verify-Jobs view has priority 2 (described as "High priority Verify
