Correct I have not provided any specific guidelines for Python.
However in wiki<https://google.github.io/styleguide/>,  Catherine and Tony have 
kindly provided recommendations on the Google Style guide at 
https://google.github.io/styleguide/
Using these guidelines for 
Python<https://google.github.io/styleguide/pyguide.html> is a certainly a good 
way to start with.
