To tag a docker image as RELEASE, please send an email request to LF helpdesk with the specific CLI STAGING docker image that should be finalized as the RELEASE version. Please be sure that the Java artifacts contained in the docker image (if any) are already the release artifacts.
If you have already released your Java artifacts (via emailing LF helpdesk), you don’t need to remove SNAPSHOT from the pom version string. Instead, you should bump it up to the next SNAPSHOT version.
