I found the answer by myself in the DCAE Meeting records

So the CDAP UI is exposed by the Port 32010, whereas the Cloudify Manager is
not exposed outside of the Kubernetes
Hi all,
having successfully installed ONAP Beijing using OOM, I am wondering, how to
access DCAE User interfaces (Cloudify Manager, CDAP) as no external ports are
defined in the helm charts. So it is not possible to access these UIs outside
of the docker network.
Was that done by intend or
