Just this moment it occurred to me that we are hitting the one-year anniversary
of most weekly meetings.

This means that the bridges will be expiring quickly. Some may have expired
already.

I need every meeting owner to do the following, regardless of whether your
meeting is old or new, or if you use a private bridge or not:

Go to your meeting page listed under Community Meetings & Calendar

Edit your meeting page
Add the text "Meeting Owner: @your name" somewhere near the top of the page is
if isn't there already.
(the @ macro should link to your wiki profile by default. That is the desired
outcome)

Tag your page so that I can find it quickly
Click the label icon next to the padlock icon
add one of the following two labels to your page:

kp-keep                 if you want to keep your meeting

kp-junk                 if you no longer need that meeting

DO NOT respond to this message with any meeting details. If you need anything
done other than a keep or junk, go here:

https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=8231933#MeetingHelp,Requests,Changes,Hosting&Recording-request

Any meetings not updated by Friday, June 15 will be removed from the ONAP
calendar

Best Regards,
-kenny
