Hi, I heard some of you complaining that when submitting a ticket to helpd...@onap.org<mailto:helpd...@onap.org> they would not receive a LF ticket number back. I observed similar issue earlier this week, and by chance it starts working again this morning. I submitted a ticket for that issue, but LF has no evidence of the problem.
I also noticed there is a way to consult and submit LF tickets online by connecting to https://rt.linuxfoundation.org/ (the username is the email address related to your LFID). For the PWD, you will need to use the "Forgot your password" link. There is one limitation: you can only see the ticket you have submitted. It would be great if we could see the ticket submitted within the ONAP community. It works for me and thoughts it would bring value to you as well.
