In case of any vCPE service instantiation in SO, in bpmn flow in CreateVcpeResCustService - preProcessRequest is present check if VID has sent, in parameter lcpCloudRegionId both cloudOwner and cloudRegionId separated using "_" . Unfortuantelly VID sends only cloudRegionId. As @Muszkieta, Lukasz (Nokia - PL/Wroclaw)<mailto:lukasz.muszki...@nokia.com> checked for other services such check doesn't exists.
