clear that no one in this discussion is suggesting that theres one way to
implement TOSCA orchestration and that it has to be declarative.

I share your concern that we have to be practical here and get things done.
I also agree with the principal that we don't want to come up with a
proposal that will take a lot of time to implement and therefore become
impractical.
