I get a question about the "svc-notification-url", could please you
help me about it?
I could not find the usage of "svc-notification-url" in the
northbound seed code (GenericResourceApiProvider, method
"networkTopologyOperation"). Could you confirm whether the rpc
network-topology-operation supports asynchronous response?
