Re: [onap-discuss] [integration] robot healthcheck fails with DCAE

Thanks, Kranthi.

Indeed, policy-handler and servicechange-handler docker containers were down in
dcaedokp00 vm. I just did a docker start on those containers, the robot
healthcheck reports PASS on DCAE now.

Hi David,

Check the service-change-handler container status in dcaedokap0 VM and verify
the logs. You will get a clue. Mostly it might have failed to resolve ASDC dns
name or failed to connect to ASDC

Thanks,

[onap-discuss] [integration] robot healthcheck fails with DCAE

2018-02-22 Thread David.PerezCaparros
Hi all,

I tried to install ONAP+DCAEgen2 using the script provided by the integration
team (https://github.com/onap/integration/tree/master/deployment/heat/onap-oom)
and I am having some issues with the robot healthcheck. I deployed all 17 VMs
(rancher+k8s+DCAE). All pods are running on k8s, no errors in the logs or
cloudify manager UI.

Running ./ete-k8s.sh health, results in:

Basic DCAE Health Check [ WARN ]
Retrying (Retry(total=2, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None))
after connection broken by
'NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or
service not known',)': /healthcheck
[ WARN ] Retrying (Retry(total=1, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None,
status=None)) after connection broken by
'NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or
service not known',)': /healthcheck
[ WARN ] Retrying (Retry(total=0, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None,
status=None)) after connection broken by
'NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or
service not known',)': /healthcheck
| FAIL |
ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='null', port=8080): Max retries
exceeded with url: /healthcheck (Caused by
NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or
service not known',)

Running the healthcheck after adding the dcae-bootstrap VM IP to
/dockerdata-nfs/onap/robot/eteshare/config/vm_properties.py

"GLOBAL_INJECTED_DCAE_IP_ADDR" : "10.30.30.104",

results in:

Basic DCAE Health Check | FAIL |

'service-change-handler'.

Any hint on what step could be missing?

Cheers,
David
