[onap-discuss] Service instance creation problems

On a newly installed ONAP (OOM/K8S/RANCHER) I tried to follow this demo:

It works well up to the stage of the service instance creation (step 10d).

When I press the Deploy button I get the expected dialog but it contains an
error message (System failure status: 404 message: Not Found) and the
Subscriber Name and Service Type value lists are empty.

I guess that some kind of subscriber have to be configured into the system
? If, so how is that done?

If this is not the problem, any ideas of what the problem might be ?
