Hi, (especially for who familiar with Pairs or host the event)

Paris is so large and we are not familiar with this city. Who can provide more 
information on the transportation and hotel? Thanks.

We will arrive at the Charles de Gaulle International airport. How can we get 
the venue? Does rent a car is a better way? Or there are some shuttle bus.

Would you mind provide more hotel choices? Both of these two hotels have been 
sold out during our meeting time.
