The ?Technical Steering Committee? seems to be a good representation in my opinion, where all the members come together and create a focus group around the project milestones.
If we wish to also encourage the open source community to participate approach (as suggested by Steve), there can be multiple ways in which we can achieve it ? a. By creating a framework of collaborative PoCs b. Inviting vendors/application providers to contribute to ONAP (even examples and quick start demos are good contributions). c. Creating a community working group ? a collaboration area where we understand and crowd-source the needs / issues / challenges of users. We can discuss this in next week?s call.
