Dear team,
I am still working with Vexx on this.
Seems that the node instances are getting created but no actual job is
running on them and reaching the max
capacity before it fails to create new instances.
I am working on investigating what is causing this now

I am performing a restart on Jenkins soon since the jobs seems to be stuck
little bit
today morning.
I need to clean some errored nodes and current active nodes from Vexx and
restart the instance
