Dear TSC,
I recommend the removal of the following committers of ONAP-OOF due to
inactivity during the past 6+ months:
* Maopeng Zhang - ZTE
* Yoram Zini - Cisco
Also I recommend the removal of Sastry Isukaplli - AT, as a committer since
he is indefinitely away from ONAP
