Thanks for your feedback. For the definition of “mature” project, it is more 
involved, I suggest to discuss it after release 1. Normally, it will take 2+ 
release to get any “mature” project.

Hi Helen,

I’ve split the Development Code Enforcement into two slides, one is taking 
about released version, and one for developing version, as those require 
different handling (attached)

In addition, we need to define when a project become “mature”, I agree with the 
fact that all projects are now in “incubation” state.
