*We are having an Urgent requirement for Business Analyst Tester* * * *Duration: 12 Months* * * *Location: Austin, TX* * * *Scope of Work:* - Involved in analysis and functional design phases as a peer reviewer, mirrors the lifecycle with *testing activities * - Work with business analysts to finalize business and system requirements prior to stakeholder sign-off to ensure that requirements support business objectives and to ensure that enough detail is provided to support testing activities - Work with business analysts to finalize test plans to ensure that technical aspect of testing are considered - Develops *test approach, test scripts, test conditions, input test data, *and expected results for one or more test plans, including product and regression tests - Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures - *Executes test scripts * - Records problems and issues in accordance with the TMHP’s issue and risk management guidelines - Record test results in test management system and accountable for the resolution of identified defects. - Work directly with system users and stakeholders as needed to understand defects. - Works with *Service Delivery, Delivery Management, Business Solution Management, and Application Maintenance and Operations teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process * - *Validates testing fixes * - Participates in the release control process to ensure the solution meets business and system requirements - Informs the Release Manager of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process - Document work as defined by documentation standards.
