index.html in my browser, closed the browser and reran doc2html. Worked
as expected. Perhaps you had one of the HTML files "open" when you tried it?

there seems to be a little problem when re-running the HTML rendering for the
same book (e.g.
"doc2HTML.cmd" for "rexxpg"): as long as the target book directory, e.g.
"HTML_folders\rexxpg",
exists it seems that the process just hangs. Renaming or removing the book's
target directory
