Since the build of the documentation considers only changed books the response
time is now very much shorter than in the past. Even for the bigger books, like
Rexxref, the processing takes less than 10 minutes, mostly you will have the
pdf built within 5-6 minutes.

Having received direct feedback from Josep Maria and having had some time to also work on rexxpg
(there is an overview of the available ooRexx classes) the commits [r12804] and [r12805] should
trigger Jenkins to automatically create the two books sometimes in the next few hours.
