While going through the exit numbers as defined in rexxapidefs.h of ooRexx as
constants in the
section System Exit function and sub-function definitions it is interesting
to note, that the
numbers 1 and 6 are not used for any exits. Just curious why this is the case?

On the mainframes, 5 was used for a memory exit that was never
implemented for non-mainframe environments. Not sure why 1 was
skipped.
