Could you take care of these once I commit the merge? That way you can make
sure everything builds correctly in one step.

I believe these could be removed now:
server/platform/unix/aix
server/platform/unix/mac
server/platform/unix/rxapid
maybe also move
server/platform/unix/linux/ApiService.cpp up one level into /unix and
adjust CMake

This appears to be working really well and solves a lot of problems. And it
was a LOT smaller change than I expected. I suspect we should give this a
good beta shake out, so I'd like to merge these changes back into trunk
