This is referring to the '-l' flag when running osrf_ctl.sh. For example:
osrf_ctl.sh -l -a start_all
would be how you will want to startup your system, since you do have
'localhost' as your hostname.

MassLNC is considering an enhancement to add an active date (or maybe an
available or on-shelf date) to copies in Evergreen. Our idea is that the
active date would identify the date that the library first checks in the
item, indicating that it is at
elect_zips will find the most popular city/state combination for each
ZIP code in your database.
enrich_zips will add county names (given a copy of the Geonames
database, which is at http://download.geonames.org/export/zip/US.zip)
and spit out data in zips.txt format, warning you about mismatches
