I found this paragraph in the release notes for version 2.2.0 and I'm not sure
what proscribed is supposed to mean here. (Emphasis below is mine.) None of
the meanings that I know seem to fit the sentence. If proscribed is not the
right word, what is the sentence trying to say? Does it

We have some documentation but none of it, as yet, is in asciidoc format. Our
documentation falls into two categories: end user (patron/librarian) and back
end (the under-the-hood stuff about how TPAC pages work, etc.).

I think it's a great idea to have a release notes process that is fairly well
accepted by the community both for how those notes are generated and how
they're integrated. If we can articulate this clearly and get feedback from
developers on it, I think it might work out well.
